Why did my shot meter disappeared 2k23

How do i fix my broken shot meter?

it is completely broken or glitched. every time i shoot, the shot meter will be visible but just disappears right before i release shot.

It is not a glitch.2k changes settings. They do it for no reason and without permission which might be a glitch.
